Important Payment Information

– Always wait payment info when making new orders as payment info changes all the time.​

How long/days will delivery take?

Next day delivery is available for all orders paid for by 2pm on a working day
(Monday-Friday). Orders shipped Friday will arrive Saturday.
If its bank holiday or a national holiday day your order will be shipped the next
working day and you will be notified of this.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Orders placed are put ‘on hold’ for 48 hours awaiting payment.
Payment is received and orders are marked for dispatch. ‘Processing’
‘Order Complete’- Orders are dispatched

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive an invoice with all the relevant information about your
order.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest if you like. However, creating an account
allows you to keep a record of your order history on your customer dashboard
and check your order status.

Delivery charges?

All order shipping and handling is charged at £8 via UK special delivery by
1pm.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change your order if you haven’t already paid. Send us an email
request to sales@evomuscle.com and we will check product
availability and change of invoice price etc.

I’m having login problems. How do I retrieve my account password?

Submit a request from the lost/forgottenpassword link on the log in page.

Can I see my previous orders?

Yes, if you have created an account you can check your order history via your
accounts dashboard.

How do I delete my account?

Send us a request and we will delete.

My shipping address has changed. How do I update shipping information to my current account?

Edit your address in the customer dashboard. Do this before submitting an
order to ensure it is up to date.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order whatever amount you wish.

Check this on your account dashboard.

We are open 7 days a week and online 24/7. However, we ship only Monday to
Friday.
